Red Diamond Gastro Truck

If you live in Woodland Park or are just visiting the area, you have to eat here. My wife and I visited for vacation and had a private chef meal cooked by the owner of this truck that absolutely blew us away. He can do fancy, and he can do this truck, what he calls "elevated stoner food," which was absolutely the most original and best food we had on our trip. Absolutely check it out. It's a true rare-find gem.

Every SINGLE time, we have been WOW'd!! The menu is EXTREMELY exquisite and creative. The creations are absolutely beautiful and the flavor exceeds expectations. I STILL am fathomed this comes out of a truck. But the High Class Chef behind the kitchen window has an artistically creative way of bringing things you crave into one dish and making your jaw drop with the first bite. Please support this guy!!

Holy cow this food truck was good. We ate a bacon jam patty melt and a crazy good peep pie. The owner was super cool as well. He described his food as elevated stoner food and that really nails the description. We thoroughly enjoyed the food and will definitely be back again for some goodies.
