(January 26, 2020, 3:08 am)We have never, ever been impressed with Echo. The wait takes FOREVER. The food has never tasted more than "eh" to us, and is overpriced for what you get. Beer is just alright, but hop over to Revolution just a block away for better! The only thing I can figure is that it has a cool vibe, is family-friendly, and is the only brewery in town that also serves food. Hoping that as Briggs expands, competition will force quality up in some places. Echo included.

(November 25, 2019, 6:14 am)Tasty beer. Happy to try their blackberry, peach and mango beers. Well done and balanced. Delicious wood-fired oven pizzas. Super friendly owners/operators/partners!

(July 6, 2019, 9:14 pm)A very small food menu, but the pizza is outstanding and their crust is the best around. Salads are great too. Good beer, but no gluten free options. The staff is polite and attentive. Recommend!!
