Due to the lack of Italian food in Brighton besides the horrid pinocchios, my wife and I thought we'd go out off our way and try this place out. let me say..this is the spot from now on. Great food, great atmosphere. we'd also like to thank Lexis for her above and beyond service. We will definitely be back in the near future and without question recommend this place to our friends and family.
I went to this place after hearing good things from friends. While I was skeptical, judging it on the outside, the food and staff were wonderful. Our party had a mix of pasta, pizza and stromboli with everyone loving their food. The staff was friendly and our glasses were always topped off. I will be going back to try more menu items.
Great beginning to our meal.
Spicy Bloody Mary that’s made with Antipasto treats served in a salt rimmed cold glass.
Garlic knots were made fresh served warm. The golden roasted garlic chunks crust gave this bread its irresistible taste. They were hard to save to just take the picture.
Tremendous food and atmosphere. We enjoyed one of their pizzas and a great Cabernet. A true gem in this part of Colorado!
The food is cooked in a brick oven, made with quality ingredients and is even tasty too. The atmosphere is great. Staff are fun and friendly. The service is wonderful. It is a little higher priced compared to other places of similar quality, but it is a must see visit when you are in the area.
