“Have been to the Copper Kettle twice now and I’ve been very happy with the service and food both times! Small hometown feel , portions are HUGE! We initially visited to try their Chicken Fried Steak which I saw posted on their Facebook page. CFS is one of my favorites and theirs might now be my favorite! The seasoning on it was so good! Homemade cookie included in meal and also delicious and HUGE! Staff/owners are so friendly. Love this place!”

“I genuinely enjoyed my experience. Building is fairly new and being well kept. Staff was on the higher side of quality for a fast food joint. The fries were the only fries from any Wendy's I've ever been too that weren't stale, they were instead delicious and perfectly salted. The Craveable jalapeno bacon chicken was amazing, the chicken was thick and juicing, bacon was perfectly cooked and plentiful. Hopefully they keep it up!”

“Stopped in for a Pick up order. I order the Sesame Chicken ( always a safe choice to when trying a new place). This place cooks Sesame Chicken like it is suppose to. Nice and sweet with a punch of spice!! Everything is delicious. Rice was cooked perfectly, chicken cooked perfectly. It is nice an tender!! They forgot my egg roll, that is ok,the BEST sesame chicken around, made up for it.”

“I've been here many times. Service is hit or miss. They seem to have high turnover so sometimes you get great service and other times bleh. The food is usually the same. Nice Mexican but nothing special (exactly what you expect). It's nice to have consistency with the food even if it's nothing to write home about. “Update: visited again 1/2020 and we were very disappointed. Our favorite meals were bland and different from what we drove 40 minutes for and expected. They are no longer offering the "Family meal" mentioned below and it is not as good of a value to purchase all the sides separately. Perhaps there is new management in the 1 year, or so, since my last visit. I don't know what happened but I will miss having a favorite Chinese restaurant. I removed only 1 star from my original rating because our server tried very hard and she was obviously short staffed. Sadly the original review below no longer applies. This was our first visit to Great Wall and we are thrilled! The food was fantastic, the value was great (we took home 2 stuffed boxes with the family meal for two) and the service was excellent as well. We will definitely be back soon!”
