“We found this restaurant on a random site for food trucks! We had wanted a food truck feel at our wedding and we got just that. We ended up having a couple of fancy appetizers as well as a couple of bbq options and a Portobello mushroom burger as well for the vegetarian option, plus some sides, and it was truly delicious. I do feel like it was a little bit pricey for what we got; however I personally would rather pay a bit more for a smaller, local business with a different twist on food and a true passion for what they do, and I will say that our guests had nothing but positive things to say about them, and we actually ended up running out because our guests started going back for seconds! I wish a had a few more pictures of what we had, unfortunately these are the only two that we have.”

“Food wasn’t bad. I had to stand at the counter for a bit before being acknowledged and able to place my order. Got 2 breakfast burritos with potato, egg, cheese, and meat for under $6. Was kinda bummed to realize they only offer 1 breakfast meat option per day. I’m sure that’s to cut down on overhead and keep costs down. Food was out really quick too.”

“My absolute favorite BBQ restaurant. I will drive in from Boulder to eat here, and it's always worth it. Their recipes are amazing, and I always have to order their sweet tea. The staff is always super friendly and attentive, they've gone above and beyond to be accommodating. I've never had a bad experience and will bring my folks in as often as we can”

“We usually order Papa John's by the Safeway but for some reason its closed. We decided to try this pizza place and did not have high expectations. I have to say that this was the best pizza I have had in a long time! I was very impressed with the service tonight and the workers. “We used Butcher and the Blonde to cater our daughters first birthday. They also catered our wedding a couple years ago. The food was amazing and delicious as usual! We were so glad we could enjoy our daughters big day and not have to worry about the food. Would recommend Butcher and the Blonde for any occasion! “It's got some interesting "Americana" style and music, and the food was fine. I was really cold, though, and I wished for more protein in my salad. Also, wished for more non-alcoholic drink options besides limited tea choices, coffee, lemonade or soda. Not everyone wants caffeine, alcohol, sugar or carbonation all the time. Although, it's American cuisine, so actually... probably most people will. Staff was great.”
