“Just around the corner from one of the more popular breweries in Greeley, this brewery is off the beaten path but worth the stop. Especially if you’re a fan of sour beer. They offer other brews but sours reigned supreme during our visit. All of which were amazing. They even have a slushy shared version that looked intriguing. The outdoor seating area is larger than most and there’s plenty of seating inside for those hot Greeley summer days.”

“My wife and I met a dear old friend there for lunch some time ago and I had the liver with onions platter, which Mrs. and I shared along with a salad. It was arguably the best we've ever had and more than enough! I will stop in at there cozy little bar for coffee or cocktail, while waiting for my wife to get hair done at Gwen's. And Lil Nikki, is so friendly and efficient! So, we have been going there since moving to Greeley in 1984 and Fat Albert's remains the best all around restaurant in the Greeley area!!”

“Of the many great aspects that I can share about High Brau, in my short experience here in Colorado (so far), I'll be short, sweet, and to the point. High Brau is the at the top of my list of favorite Taprooms that I have visited in all of my travels. Not only does it have that home town feel to the environment, but so do the owners/staff. Oh, and they definitely know their beer! The patronage are kind and down to earth as well!
