(March 19, 2023, 2:48 pm)Okay, so I'm sure we can all agree Bridgeport has slowly become a great place to chill and unwind, and Banks Sports Bar has definitely embodied that chill atmosphere.
Love the play on being a sports bar with table top games so you and your crew can drink and bring the kid out. Personable bartender that made the vibe so much more fun and if like me you like to be inclusive in your vibe, then don't hesitate to invite the next table over.
Nice music, not loud and great for conversing in a very sociable space. I'll definitely be back -

(September 19, 2022, 10:28 pm)We stopped for a lil HH before a concert. Gorgeous space on the green within walking distance (1/4 mi) to Hartford Healthcare Amphitheater. Brit was a great bartender! Wonderful conversation & delicious cocktails in an historic building. New England Life!

(May 26, 2022, 10:23 am)I really enjoyed myself. Jewel was my bartender she was awesome. Nice and simple menu. The food and the drinks are good. Parking is hard but the bar is located in downtown so that's expected. A lot if t.v's and no problem seeing any of them. I'm definitely making this my go to at least once a week.
