Chuck's Steak House

I like this place.
They cook their steaks on an open grill which gives it a great flavor (adding vermouth is also a nice touch).
Prices are reasonable and includes a good salad bar
They also have fish and chicken so people not steak inclined.
They can have a good long wait but I think that they still do call ahead for a table.

We were a group of 8 people. Had scallops which were fabulous! Great dinner! They also have a delicious self serve salad bar that comes with the meal. Everyone enjoyed their meal!

Good food and decent prices. You can get better steak at some other places, but their salad bar is great and the atmosphere is comfortable. It's a good place to come for lunch or drinks and sit by the fireplace (yes, it's an actual fireplace).

Chuck's is a nice local steak house with a great salad bar. The bar tender can create a large number of tasty mixed drinks. They have early bird specials from 4:30 to 6 that have reduce prices. I ordered the New York strip steak which had good favor but was supposed to be medium rare but came out medium with almost no pink. If the steak had been cooked per my order I would have rated this restaurant higher. They also make their own chocolate truffles and have about seven different varieties.
