“Tried three different apps split between my friends and I, definitely some of the best food I’ve had in a while. The drinks were all amazing and consistent. We also finished off with the creme brûlée cheesecake and I would’ve taken a picture but it was too good for me to wait! So glad this place opened up, the owner was present and attentive to make sure everyone was satisfied and enjoying themselves, the wait staff worked as a cohesive team- really nothing more you can ask out of any restaurant, especially a new one! “We just took out from here tonight and had a FANTASTIC meal! We got the "Summertime" and "Fireworks" sushiritos and both were really tasty. Very fresh and balanced flavors. They're also quite neat - they don't fall apart too easily and aren't messy. For $11 or $12, I thought it was reasonably priced. Just note that the size isn't huge, and a very hungry person would probably want 2. It's larger than a standard sushi roll, and given that specialty rolls at sushi places are $14-$16, I think this is a good value. We will absolutely be coming back here to try the other rolls!”

“What a delightful experience from start to finish! Wait staff are friendly and attentive. Menu is diverse, and a good amount of specials to choose from. Started with Fried calamari. Very light batter. Melted in my mouth! Had the Roquefort salad. Very nicely prepared with a delicious dressing. I chose the Veal Martini special. Tender and delicious and served with the yummiest mashed potatoes and green beans. And don't skip dessert! Had a lovely raspberry cheesecake- ricotta and cream cheese made for a very nice surprise. Will definitely be back to try their homemade pasta!”

I ordered on Doordash for myself, but then had to order for my girlfriend. “This awesome little food truck used to be at 272 White St, but now they're here at 110 Federal Road, usually next to the Jiffy Lube. Just pull into the parking lot like you were going to PC Richards or Planet Fitness and drive over to their spot in the lot. Plenty of parking, and easy to be socially distanced during COVID. Really mouth watering tacos. My review for their previous location still stands. Super friendly owner and equally awesome food. Still haven't tried the burrito, but I highly recommend the tacos. They are adding some new stuff like hot dogs and chicken sandwiches to the menu too so I wanna try that next. Truly 5 star location worth looking for!”

We got the Veggie Arepa and Empanada, Pica Pollo, Al Pastor Tacos, Rice and Beans, and Churros, and there wasn't a loser in the bunch. Everything was delicious, and came out extremely hot and fresh as it was made. The prices are also very reasonable, especially for the food, and the clean and simple menu is very inviting. You're going to want to get to Mariposa before it becomes the most popular restaurant in Danbury and you're fighting for a table. Will absolutely be back.”
