Burned (actually black!!) potatoes, tough fat asparagus and fish that was greasy!! C’mon!! My two friends has pasta dishes each with identical sauces though the menu listed 2 different types!! And so so much sauce that how would one even know the taste of the ravioli. After spending $100.00 I am sorry to say it wasn’t really worth $50.00. It’s more like a factory in there!! Nothing welcoming!! Eat and leave so we can get to next group in line—not a good feeling at all. Folks, you should all expect better than this!! I’m certainly not in a hurry to return.

Centro is located on the Post Road in Fairfield, CT. I attended a group dinner for Valentine’s Day. The place was very busy and it took a while to get seated. Although we had reservations. The waiter brought plenty of bread and water. We finally placed our orders and waited for our usually delicious entree. But everything came out either cold or just not good. I ordered the chicken fettuccine... the chicken was either over cooked or stale. It’s possible the kitchen could not handle such a busy night for a big group. Next time I will go when it’s a non occasion.

Looking for a great burger? Order one but go with their italian bread (toasted) instead of the brioche that it's typically served on. Best in Fairfield!

Can't go more than 2 weeks without their Roma bean salad. Yesterday's roasted eggplant and tomato soup was exceptional. Pastas are fabulous. I never make it to dessert.
