    I had recently used Subway's mobile app (great app) to order a sandwich. Basically I wanted it ready when i showed up so I could just grab it and go.

    Well.....I got delayed at work numerous times - The owner of the franchise called me and asked me if I would like him to deliver it. Said it was no problem, didn't want to accept a tip....

    We could all take a lesson in customer service from this guy.
    Great work, he'll always have my business.
