Another rare 5 stars from this Guide. Don't be fooled by the hidden suburban office park location. Great service, tasty, inventive menu. Great fallback, pleasant surprise for my birthday dinner.

My girlfriend and I came here for date night. The decor was nice and the food was exceptional! We ordered Lamb Lollipops, Filet Mignon, Cajun Salmon and the hazelnut chocolate cake. Everything was awesome and Brianna's service was perfect.

I really enjoy going there, especially now they've moved to the bigger spot down the street. The drinks are always excellent and you can't go and not try the garlic parmesan fries. They used skinny fries too! Great atmosphere for happy hour, with large wrap around bar. I bet it would be even better when the weather gets better as they now can open the whole bar to outdoor patio. Lunch menu is always quick and yummy. You can get "make your own salad" during lunch time. Definitely give it a go if you are on the fence!

Came here while on business with Sikorsky. Brand new building and nice inside. Menu has some nice options and with a party of 8 we each got different meals. When the food came, we were impressed. The prime rib was huge and delicious. The pasta dishes were raved about. The duck was outstanding. I got the steak pizza and my mouth is watering typing this...it was really good. We all enjoyed it so much we came back the next night and did round 2. Highly recommend.

I Have been to the usual good restaurants in and around Shelton plenty of times, but Parker, Eatery and Bar is my new favorite. First the atmosphere was relaxing and the dining tables were perfectly spread out and not stuffed next to each other. My Wife and I sat down at a table, however the bar looked warm and inviting. From the dining area you can still see the TVs with Sports playing on them. 2nd the food was incredible! My Wife had the Crab Cakes and I had the Parker Burger. The Crab Cakes were perhaps the best I've ever tasted and my Burger was perfect. Staff was very friendly and for a Saturday night dinner around 5:30 we were sat right away and our food came about 20 minutes after ordering it. It's a little pricey but we'll worth it to dine here. Highly recommend it to anyone who is looking to have a great meal in Shelton. It's right next door to the Rinks on River Road.
