“My mom and I stopped by to check out the newly opened Bagel Bros! We were very happy with our garlic bagel with scallion cream cheese and avocado melt. While we were waiting for our food, we decided to get a couple chocolate chip bagels and pastries but we couldn’t resist after looking at them! The staff was friendly, and they balanced the volume of their orders well! I was glad that we lived only a few minutes away because we hadn’t realized it was take-out only, but maybe when the weather gets warmer they’ll have some tables set up outside. Definitely a great addition to Shelton!”

“Great buffet style for lunch and dinner. Easy to eat healthy with delicious food. Kyle is great and makes coming by for lunch enjoyable. Salmon is always cooked just right and enjoy the day to day variety they offer. I just wish their daily buffet menu was updated on Facebook daily as it seems a little sporadic on when they post it (seeing as it changes from day to day).”

“Recently moved to Shelton and looked online for pizza delivery. First place I called happened to be closed that night. As I pass The Little Tomato every night I remembered sign that says they deliver. I figured "what the heck"? I'm hungry and didn't feel like looking up any more places. Well the pizza was delicious!! I'm not a pizza snob and have not met a pizza I didn't like. I usually am not into writing reviews unless it is something really good or something really bad that not many people write about . The Little Tomato is really good and has won my business. If I had to rank it with other well known pizza establishments in the area, I would put it in the top 4 of my favorites. The other 3 in no particular order are Modern Pizza (New Haven), Franco Gianni's (Trumbull) and Pepe's (New haven). This is really good pizza and I would highly recommend to anyone (can't wait to get home tonight and order a few). Ciao”

“Went for my first visit on Saturday. Aesthetically, the place is gorgeous. Nice, open lay out, the fire place in the center is a nice touch, and I enjoyed the atmosphere. The beer selection was good. They were sadly out of blue moon and bud light, but had plenty of local beers available. Service was quick, and the waitress was always checking on us. The food tasted good, and the complementary bread was a nice touch. Now, here's why I unfortunately had to give it a 3/5: the prices are killer. I was in a party of two: both of us had the market place burger (the most basic thing on the menu), I subbed out the fries for a salad ($2 more, which is fine). We had 3 beers between us, and we ordered a nacho plate. I will say the nachos was impressive what they gave as toppings, but I almost mocked the lack of chips to topping ratio. Had to eat most of the plate with a fork. Anyway, so for the above, with tax and a standard 20% tip the table bill was over $90. Sadly, for that much I could go to most restaurants on the same road and keep $40-55 dollars. Sure, I'll give them that the food we did get was certainly good, but not at the prices. I feel this place will see business slump unfortunately, as you can't consistently eat here.”

“Dinner, drinks, and service were spot on. As we approached the bar during a slammed Friday night a man who turned out to be the manager ushered my friend and I to a spot that people were getting ready to pay their check. The bar staffed cleaned the area quick and set us up with menus and delicious drinks. Staff had excellent knowledge of the menu items and helped place our order. Shane made the best espresso martini I've ever had and the food was fantastic!!! Absolutely impressive a restaurant only 5 weeks new was operating as a 20 year old well oiled machine. The decor was beautiful and the menu had something on it for everyone. I highly recommend Little Barn and will be back!!!”

“Super friendly service! Love what the new ownership has done. It looks great and I love that they preserved the old wood bar, it is so unique. The food looked great, but we were only there to drink. Easy on street parking and plenty of huge TV's for watching all the games. The outdoor space and man cave area are also nice touches.”

“First time going to Matto. Very impressive restaurant when you first walk in. It's dimly lit and has a cozy atmosphere to it once you are seated. The Bar area is very big as well as the Dining area. The wait staff was extremely friendly and helpful and our food arrived in the perfect amount of time. Prices are Mid to upper end, but everyone really enjoyed the food and Pizza. I had the Roasted Salmon and it was delicious. I would highly recommend giving Matto a try. Even if you just go for Pizza.”

“What an up an coming joint. Customer service is so nice and helpful. Went in there with one thing on my mind and I got exactly what I could imagine and more. The burger was good i couldn’t stop eating it. When I finally finished my burger I gave the young man my tray and he had such a smile. His name was tony I think but he made me feel the warm welcome. Go check this place out. Chicken nugs are gas too”
