    We went into Gaetano's not knowing that the store was closed; the door was unlocked and there was quite a bit of activity inside. They told us they closed at 5:00, but served us any way. We felt bad. They insisted and we ordered a couple of sandwiches and the owner gave us additional rolls and a container of chicken for sandwiches later on. Wow... great customer service! Great food! Thanks!

    Outstanding food and service! I go there every week and have tried multiple things and everything is delicious! The service is great and all of the guys working there are pleasant and funny! So happy they opened the Shelton location and I highly recommend going there!

    Heard about this place & had to try it out. Traveled from Waterbury & wasn’t disappoint it was outstanding. Made you feel Italian again. Men behind the counter great & friendly. Food was fabulous. Worth the trip

    Absolutely amazing. We took the drive from Waterbury, well worth it and the owner was genuinely appreciative. Food was amazing. Like you're at a deli on Arthur Ave. We will be back for sure!
