    Nice service. Fresh fried chicken was excellent! Wish I'd left room for Mac n Cheese.

    The place is very clean and a great find!

    The employees are very nice and I felt welcome and comfortable.

    The food was good, my husband loved his fried chicken, mac and cheese, and sweet potatoes fries.

    I had the shrimp and grits, the shrimp was good, but the grits were too cheesy for me.

    Overall the experience was great! I would definitely go back.

    One word: Delicious. I had his food at my aunts party and asked her where she got the food catered (I went the day after =). I've never had Shrimp and Grits like this! I look forward to coming back

    I travel for work all through Connecticut, and I can honestly say outside of my mother’s house this is the absolute best soul food CT! Hands down... don’t @ me

    This restaurant is a hidden gem. I absolutely love their menu and I can confirm, they cook with a lot of love, they have their soul into the food they're serving. I wish I was able to go more often than I currently am. Their pricing is adequate and reflects the quality of the food. Every time I have their wings, it just brightens up my day, no matter how bad it was. Keep it up!
