“Seafood soup is very good, big in size and flavor, it's a cilantro base broth with green peppers and rice grains. It is loaded with shrimp, calamari, crab and mussels. All of the other dishes I saw coming out of the kitchen looked good. The space is small and it could feel crowded and they were playing music very loudly which made it feel uncomfortable at times, maybe not so good for carrying a conversation. Prices are relatively low and the restaurant is clean; the staff are very serviceable”

“We've been eating at Cafe Silvium since it opened. It started as the best Italian Restaurant in the county and amazingly gets only better and better. We are continually surprised by the food and service. Everyone tried to keep it a secret but that worked for only so long. The ambiance, service, and of course the food are exceptional. They deserve a Micheline star or two! We ate at a Micheline one star restaurant in NYC last week which was terrific but Silvium is easily in the same league.”

She said cream was in the bag so I asked her for milk since I know a few of the people only use milk with their coffee. She was helpful and gave us a cup of milk. Got back to the house to start serving and no half & half in the bag. Lets just say that 1 cup of milk had to be divided into almost 20 cups. Make sure you check your bag of condiments before you leave.”

Today eating my pasta, I found corn, and black flakes, while My order was plain with nothing but butter. They lack cleanliness, and are greasy with fingerprints all over them. “Very good food, great variety of options. Staff was friendly, but it was very slow. There was hardly any customers and we still had to ask for a drink 3 times over about 30 minutes. Paying the bill also a long time. It turned out we had someone new, wish he would have asked for help.
