“Joe's diner is adorable inside. Still has the real counter top and round stools every authentic diner needs. Staff is always super friendly. The cook will make things any way you like, and even makes Mickey pancakes for our kids. Pancakes are the best, love the corned beef hash, and the breakfast sandwiches! Jo, the owner, takes an interest in getting to know her customers, which makes the whole place feel like the real old timey diners. No longer cash only. Very reasonable prices.”

“I'm in town for work and have eaten here twice in the last week because it's SO GOOD!! Perfectly buttery lobster rolls were on special one night and on the other night I had one of the best burgers of my life (and I explore great burgers everywhere)! It was just a basic black and blue burger, I had to ask for lettuce and tomato since veggies on burgers is unusual here, but the meat was so juicy and flavorful - I couldn't put it down and I was sad when it was gone. Just writing this I feel like I need to go get another one. The atmosphere is great too with its old brick tavern feel.”

It's a family restaurant so it feels great to support this family too! Dining in is lovely because the restaurant is peaceful, welcoming, clean, and well decorated!
