I cannot drive thru or even close to Canton, CT without thinking of stopping into Onion Mountain. Their food is always fresh and they must put something secret in the tacos... as I can't get enough.

Very friendly service at the counter. We have had the jerk chicken burrito on multiple occasions. It is tasty and fresh. Great sides (slaw and corn/bean salad). We really like this place.

We enjoyed our lunch at The Onion Mountain in Canton. Place and pay for your order, find a table, and, voila, your meal will be delivered to you. My wife and I both enjoyed our lunch, and my wife allowed that she couldn't finish all she had. My pork carnitas quesadilla was very tasty and quite an ample portion. Prices are very reasonable considering the portion you get. Service, like the decor, is minimalist, but perfect for this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and sought to ensure that we knew how menu items would be served. Parking is great.

You know when all the ingredients in a sandwich just meld together into a well whole new amazing flavor? That's what you get here. Two of us shared two sandwiches, the spicy chicken (not that spicy) and the steak and provolone special. Great service too, the counter person and the cook (or owner, possibly) both came around to ask how everything was.
