Sakura Garden Japanese Steakhouse

My husband and I brought our family to Sakura Garden (18 family members) the day before Easter. The restaurant was extremely busy due to the holiday. We had made reservations in advance and were very pleased that when we arrived we were taken care of immediately. Sometimes when restaurants are busy like they were this particular day, you can be a little frazzled, but they were NOT at all "frazzled", conversely, the service and servers were very pleasant and professional and quick.

This was our first experience at Sakura Garden, and they far exceeded our expectations! The management and staff are right on point in terms of Customer Service. The restaurant is beautiful and very clean. The food was AMAZING and the Customer Service was OUTSTANDING!

My husband and I are also business owners and Customer Service is very important to us. Our family chose to do the Hibachi experience and it was incredible. We also had a couple of small children with us and the Hibachi cooks were not only attentive to the adults, but the children as well.

We will definitely be back and look forward to the amazing experience we received in the future as well.

Sakura Gardens is a Japanese Style Steakhouse in Glastonbury Connecticut. In the area you will find many other restaurants, a toy store, a library and many more establishments.
I visit Sakura at least 3 times a year for it is a little on the expensive side, but the experience is well worth the price.
At Sakura you can watch a cook make your food in front of you while providing entertainment such as fire and a mini volcano made of veggies. The cooks are funny and welcoming and their food is just as good as their service.
Sakura, I give 5 stars. Thank you for serving my family.

Great sushi, modern and relaxing in main dining room and fun and energetic in hibachi room. Great for families in hibachi room. Excellent service.

Came here on my birthday for a meal with friend on a Tuesday and had a great time. No trouble finding a seat. The good was fantastic and the drinks were delisious. If you're looking for a place to celebrate look no further. Everyone will enjoy themselves.
