Steve's Bagels

Visited the store yesterday for the first time and did not know what to get. Was greeted by the manager and the employees in the store. Was recommended the spud. Bacon, egg and cheese with a hash brown on top. Absolutely delicious sandwhich. Everyone was very kind, store was clean and I got my food quickly. Definitely will be going back

Best bagels around...much better than a certain big chain coffee shop that has a store at every corner.

Nice bagels for morning , lots of good coffee choices. Recommend. Small & cozy atmosphere.

What a great little place. Awesome bagels and breakfast sandwiches, very friendly staff. I used to visit the competition up the street, but Steves is so much better.

[Seems like my review was never submitted, sorry] to start.. I was raised in northern New Jersey and born in New York so you could say I know a thing or two about bagels. I'm excited about this place and I feel it has incredibly great potential. Been to both locations (once) and sandwiches were great, bagels I'd rate 9/10 ( still wondering if they are proof and bake or actually scratch made in the facility, I'm hoping ladder).

Honestly, the coffee was horrendous (both my wife and I felt the same). Would like to see more dairy free options maybe an almond milk creamer. Waited 40 mins for 2 sandwiches and it seemed like other people were getting their food before us who came in after..not a huge deal as I'm sure the Vernon location is still working out some kinks in production. Manchester location was freezing but not much can be done about that. Still excited about this place, seeing as this is the only place in the area that serves bagels ( yeah.. I'm talking about real bagels). We will be back.
