Effie's Place Family Restaurant

Food as not very good but the service was great. My hot tea tasted like chemical water and my breakfast was mediocre. I would give the food 2 stars and the service 4 stars.

A pleasant departure from the nearby chain restaurants. Advertised as American/Greek, I opted for the spanokopita or Greek spinach pie. The filo was perfectly done and the spinach, mushroom and feta filling was delicious. It was served with a Greek salad as a side, but more salad was placed next to it on the plate.
The rest our party opted for the American food, but again, there was no complaints over the cuisine.
Gluten-free bread is available upon request.
Family-owned since the 1960s and taken over by another branch of the family in 1990, Effie's consistently gets " Best Of " marks in the local media.
Servers were friendly and efficient.
Their large menu is able to meet the culinary expectations of every patron.

Great place if you want breakfast food any time of the day or night. A very diverse menu with many choices. Something for kids and adults and lots of healthy food choices as well. Staff was efficient and friendly.

Service was fast and friendly. Food was very good and reasonably priced. The small portion Baked Scrod was filling and just what I needed. The gyros was fresh and full of flavor. Definitely will visit again. Need to leave room for dessert next time...
