Frida Mexican Cuisine

We went on a Sunday afternoon at 2pm, and within 30 minutes of sitting at the bar, the place filled up. The food and drink were good, especially the fish cerviche. The atmosphere was nice even if it was busy. We are glad to see the business doing so well. Someone in our party has Celiac Disease, and the food felt safe and was safe for him. All and all, a good experience, we will definitely be back. We hear happy hour will be available in a few weeks, we are looking forward to that.

Just wow! Can’t believe it used to be Tapas. Someone took that old place and made it nice and trendy with beautiful art, great bar, amazing service and most important good food. Could become the best bar in the area. Highly recommended. Best tequila and wings that I know around here by far.

Loved this place! Cesar was our server and took great care of us. Food was delicious, and the margaritas were the best I have ever had. They are strong but taste sweet... and they’re not from a mix. We can’t wait to come back!

New restaurant on New Britain Avenue in West Hartford where the old Tapas as used to be. The place was Totally redone. Food is awesome, service is perfect, chips and salsa immediately come to the table. LOVE their salsa. Go try somewhere new. Go during the week though, weekends looked packed in the past. If you don't want anything with meat they have items strictly vegetables. Enjoy.

Amazing experience! I came with my family last Sunday, couldn’t complain about the food, and the service was stunning. I definitely will come back to FRIDA.
