We stopped there last night because we were just walking by. They had music on the patio and heaters going. It is super family friendly. Staff was attentive and food was fast and good. Owners really care about making you feel comfortable. Highly recommend.

Do yourself a favor and go enjoy yourself an amazing thin slice of heaven….ZSP will be my go to. Have been trying to find a good thin slice, crispy, yummy pizza for a while now…hunt is over 😋. And beyond pizza there are some adult beverages, lunch combos annnndddd people….ice cream! Enough said.

    FIRE PIZZA. HARTFORD COUNTY STYLE!

Haven’t had anything quite like it. Is it New Haven style? Is it a NY slice? No one knows. Scholars have been debating for decades. All I know is that it’s the best pizza you’ll find in the area and the owner Dante is a cool dude.

Stop reading the other reviews and just go.

So happy there’s a real street pizza destination in WH Center now. The Yard Bird was a pleasant surprise. It was as tasty if not better the next day for lunch. Pizza dough was better than anything I’ve had in Ct, ever!

We’d wanted to try Zephyr’s for a few weeks and finally did last night. Pizza took a bit longer than expected but I was offered a glass of wine while I waited. I had heard it was delayed from a friend so had attempted to call but got kicked to voicemail. Candidly, I think the folks at Zephyr are ironing out the kinks of opening a new restaurant. I went it with because why get upset, it’s a friYAH! Night. The pizza was WELL worth the wait; the different pie combinations are inspired, free wine a nice touch, friendly faces behind the counters…and we are convinced. We make our own at home because we haven’t found “the “ pizza place in town we love… but now we have. We will stick by Zephyr’s for sure and you should too.
