“Dinner at the Wood Creek Bar and Grill turned out to be an outstanding dining experience. Fine food and warm hospitality make for an outstanding combination on a cold night, especially in a town as beautiful as Norfolk, Connecticut. We made our way through the crowd in the bar area, to be greeted by friendly waitstaff and our hostess/owner Heidi. The food was really wonderful; my girlfriend ordered the salmon, which the chef happily cooked to order, and I ordered the seafood over linguine, which was both delicious and so large we took it home and I enjoyed it for two more nights. We were so full we decided to skip dessert, although we have our eye on the Haystack Mountain Sundae, a local landmark that is visible from the large free parking area downtown. Next time! Consider Wood Creek Bar and Grill highly recommended.”

“Always make a point to stop by when visiting the area. Savory breakfast and lunch sandwiches. The grill cooks up b'fast items with fresh eggs and crispy bacon. Lunch sandwiches have a healthy amount of meat with good bread. Five stars for this friendly little gem.”
