Really great pub and restaurant. Fabulous English Artifacts. Very good Pub food. Great staff.

Delicious and fresh food! Service was nice too. I really like the interior design and how it is a historical place. I enjoyed my juicy burger! The pear dessert was absolutely amazing..! I strongly recommend this beautiful restaurant.

On recommendation from a family member, we went here last night and it was well worth the hour long drive we took to get there. The atmosphere was great (perhaps a little too dark for a restaurant, but we were in the bar area), our waitress was kind and attentive and the food was hands down amazing. We had nachos, calamari, burgers and drinks and the only minor complaint to be had was the nachos being stuck to the paper they were served on. I appreciated the restaurant using paper straws. Absolutely will be returning.

Consistently fantastic - the burgers are amazing with a stellar collection of authentic British pub fare on a wide-ranging menu. Excellent cocktails and if you can save room for dessert! The only caveat is that it can get busy...

Really, really good food, a nice list of beer and wine plus a full bar. Great service and friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating with a view of the brook. Fireside dining in the pub as well. This may be my favorite place in CT to sit down and eat, great for a date or drinks and appetizers with friends. If you have 4 or more I would call ahead for seats, this place is usually busy but always worth the wait!
