    Great food in a repurposed gas station/repair garage with lots of vintage signage and advertising from the area on display. Check it out!

    Essex has a beautiful Main St and several wonderful businesses that line the street, Olive Oyl's is one of these. They have a great variety of sandwiches and salads. The bread is so good and you never know what they will come up with.

    Breakfast ~Sandwiches and fresh muffins/pastry.
    Homemade soups.
    Creative lunch and dinner specials, delicious food.
    Sit down for a relaxing meal or take away.

    We lived in Ivoryton for ten years and loved Olive Oyl's when it was in its tiny location. We moved to PA in 2009 and returned to Essex this week to visit family. WHAT AN AWESOME NEW LOCATION! The food was excellent--as always! But the restored gas station motifs and collectibles were a fantastic treat. Congrats to the owners! Great upgrade!
