The Copper Beech Inn

I stayed here about 4 years ago and it was a nice relaxing getaway... the room was spacious and luxurious... had room service for breakfast and it was absolutely delicious.... would highly recommend the copper beach Inn

We stayed in the Ivoryton Room, which was absolutely gorgeous. The room was clean, well kept together and just a perfect getaway for the night. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 was because the bed was hard as a rock and terribly uncomfortable. For the money that we paid for that room, we expect a lot comfier bed. Even if they threw a mattress topper on it. Otherwise, friendly staff, great food and service. Definitely recommend.

When our initial wedding venue plans fell through in early July, we reached out to the CBI as it was very similar to what we were looking for. Caroline met us for a visit and soon after we started planning with Claudia. They both were extremely reassuring that despite the pandemic, we could plan a safe, wonderful wedding at the CBI. I truly believe that everything happens for a reason, and that we were meant to have our special day at the Copper Beech all along. Everything was beyond beautiful - the new fire pit area where we had our 'first look', the grounds and blooming gardens where we had cocktail hour and our first dances, the main house/dining room/adjacent outdoor area where we enjoyed our delicious meal, the Comstock House where we stayed and had our after party. Frank, the owner, congratulated us and was even there welcoming us for the evening and supporting his team. Everyone was professional, helpful, courteous, and accommodating. I still can't believe what a perfect day we were able to plan in such a short amount of time, particularly given the current circumstances. Claudia offered several tips and small details that made things even that much more special. Whether you are planning a small wedding, looking for a nostalgic New England weekend getaway, or a delicious bite to eat for dinner, the Copper Beech Inn is the perfect place for it all!
