    On more than one occasion, I’ve ordered something and it wasn’t made until the kids behind the counter realised I was standing there waiting. No “ sorry for the wait” or anything. Seems like they just don’t really care about the guests.

    Nice drive thru. They messed up my order and were nice enough to re-do it and give me a free item for the inconvenience. That's good service!
