    The two ladies working the counter we're friendly and incredibly fast! Never been in an out of a Dunkin so quickly

    I try to like this place I really do. My customer experience is lacking though. I’ve been going here for 4 years and only once in a blue moon I get a quality service like other DDs. The employees seem to not want to be there and I feel like they are miserable when they take my order, like it’s a chore.

    I was there on Saturday and it was busy with 3 people working. Great, but brewing a box of Joe was going to take 15-20 minutes. I understand it is a lot of coffee to order and don’t mind wait 3-5 minutes and have at other locations. Seemed excessive and felt they were more worried about getting other clients through and lessen the workload than take my order.

    I hope they can turn the place around and make the client experience a better one.

    Love this place. As soon as I start giving my order at the window they finish saying it before me.
