The best Poke I've experienced. Highly addictive!!! Clean protein fun combos and never gets boring. Best addition to downtown Middletown!
Very Delicious, fast and friendly service.
Altogether, a very clean place to stop by for a quick lunch. There were two different sizes of poke bowls (small ~$10 and large ~$14). I got the large and was completely stuffed when I finished! Lots of toppings to put on. The one disappointing thing was that the only vegan protein option they had was some bland, uncooked tofu cubes. However, the sauces and toppings that I had them put on it made up for it. In addition, the woman behind the counter also offered me a free drink.
I tried the food 2 months ago and my opinion still stands: it is fresh, and priced below all their local Poké competitors (approx. $10.25). The space is large and brightly lit with cool murals painted on the interior walls. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and will even let you sample the different Poké sauces before you add them to your order.
OK, I am no expert, this was my first time eating Poke. It was excellent. Really, it stands out even in a neighborhood full of really good restaurants. Not being familiar, my companion and I opted against the "build your own", and instead each got house specials. I had the shrimp, which was crunchy and spicy and cooked, and she had the vegetarian, which was not crunchy, with tofu, and lots of other greens, and what looked like an entire avocado. Both were excellent. We ordered the large, but the regular would have made for a very satisfying meal. I will definitely be back, repeatedly.
