The Cooking Company

Aside from the food being awesome and a big favorite over holidays, the staff at this downtown Middletown Cooking Company location are unbelievably nice and attentive.

I'm so glad Cooking Company brought their fresh cuisine to Middletown. I've frequented their locations in Killingworth and Haddam so I was super excited to see their name on the awning of this historic landmark. They always have so many yummy dishes to try and the menu changes daily with some standards you can always count on. My favorite cookie is the chocolate brownie cookie with walnuts. I'm not a big fan of walnuts but somehow, they have just enough to make every bite of this treat be the best of the cookie/brownie world. They also sell foodie specialty items for gift-giving. Save yourself the trouble of making dinner - definitely worth your time to stop in.

Had some delicious home made soup and took home a cheese and veggie frittata and a slice of cheese cake. Everything was delightful tasting! The staff there were all very welcoming and nice.
