“I love Ultimate Energy and Nutrition Cafe in Beacon Falls. The shakes are delicious and great as a meal replacement and the teas are great for a boost of energy or even just as a healthy treat. I would highly recommend visiting the Cafe. It’s a warm, welcoming environment and the staff is very courteous and it has always been a pleasurable experience. “This is easy on and off RT 8 where a fair amount of locals and travelers go to have a drink and/or a meal. The owner is very welcoming and friendly. He is an excellent chef. There is a bar food menu and a dinner menu. In the times that I've been there I have never had a bad dish. From steak to salmon to stir fry. Its a good little place for a date(in the dining room) or to have a few drinks at the bar.”

“This place is pretty awesome. I can't believe I've lived in town this long and didn't know they served food. Their fries and sandwiches are excellent! Been there a few times now. Really nice inside. If you live anywhere near you really need to try this place out. Owner is super nice and so are the patrons. Now I know where to get my late night sandwich fix:)”

“We had the best Dinners in a long time. The cook was a little Grandma type person, who came to America from Italy as a young wife, with almost nothing. She knew how to cook, be a wife, mother and did it mostly on her own. Now she is the owner, and came out of the kitchen to check if we were enjoying our dinners, and did we need more bread? When you're driving on route 8 take the exit and the restaurant is there, on old route 8. If you order a appatizer, you get enough that you don't have room for dinner. We found a great new place to have a wonderful dinner. It was the best, and the servers are not hiding in the back, they come by and check to see how you are doing. “The owners and staff are friendly enough. So the service is good. The food has been relatively fresh the times I have gone(not high quality for sure). One major drawback however is that they do not honor coupons. Subway Corporate itself needs to get in alignment with their franchises. Although it is still one of the healthier alternatives out there as far as "fast food". The prices are going way to high for what is delivered. The bread is loaded with air. Dough is extremely cheap to make... at least put more flour in it. I would say it's good in a pinch. But for the same price or less. You can get more for your money at a local deli.”
