    Love Dunkin donuts but when I buy the Carmel Machiodo I have to make sure I taste it before I leave because a lot of times they forget To put the Carmel in

    I went to THE DD in Derby by Lowes. Excellent service, made me a fresh pot of decaf. Great staff. Thank you, Cheryl Celone

    Even with a drive-thru line backed out into the parking lot, the employees here have been super friendly and upbeat. Really makes the morning better when you expect everyone to be stressed out because it’s busy, but everyone is so nice and friendly. Also the food has always been correct and coffee tastes great.

    It's Dunkin. You get what you should expect. Decent coffee, decent donuts, decent bagels. Nothing surprising

    This one is hit or miss. 8/10 times my coffee is perfect. They do have the best cold brew of any Dunkin I've been to. Used the DD perks today, and the service was so fast. I'm about a minute drive from them; I hot "ready to pick up" as I left my house, and by the time I got there, it was ready and waiting for me. Definitely doing that again. I enjoyed not waiting. Their lines are always bad, so this was nice.
