    Food is always fresh and delivered quickly. Does get very crowded during lunch time so I usually go before or after it gets busy.

    The last time I ate there they went out of their way to give me a veteran's discount that I did not ask for this time I go in and I say something in the manager says no we don't give it to veterans otherwise the food is great that's why I'm there

    An. Actual visit to Panera bread eat in or drive through is a nice experience. Call in ordering for pick up or delivery is the terrible. I did on my third call tonight get a compitant customer service person. This kind of call in service is the normal. Hopefully tonight will be a charmer. I do love the food.
    Friday night experience great delivery personalized by the manager love the service loved the food

    This location is super friendly and provides great service. They are always so kind. Lindsay the shift supervisor and Joe the manager are here at the Derby location and they are amazing!

    This is a newer panera bread restaurant.
    Easily visible from the street and ample parking.
    Good food. Staff are kind and helpful. Seating is clean and spacious.
