La Azogueñita

I just want everyone to know that La Azogueñita in Meriden, CT is the best, with the most authentic Latin food. It is family owned and everything is cooked fresh and to perfection daily. Everyone is so nice and it is insanely inexpensive. They overstuff the containers and the only reason you’re even capable of eating the entire box is because it’s so good you can’t stop. I highly, highly, highly recommend.

I love this Ecuadorian food and its its amazing and similar to Portuguese cuisine

I like the food but i feel like it is overpriced now. I paid 38 dollars for one large plate and two small plates for my parents. Worth checking out but go alone and dont get surprised if your bill is over 12 dollars for one plate.

Food is the best in this area. People who work there are always happy to see you and the provide great service. It’s a family own business and the experience is always beyond good!

I was very surprised by how tasty their food was. If you are looking for an authentic Ecuadorian/Latin food this is the place to go. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They have a buffet with many different options to choose from... I had their lunch special which came with a soup(I picked beef) and main meal was rice with your choice of meat (I again picked beef) the was blown away by test of the food... I would definitely be coming back here again.
