Flipside Burgers & Bar

Went to Flipside for the first time. Had a great overall experience. They had a wide variety of burger options and toppings, the food quality was good including our salad and burger. Service was very good, young server was personable and attentive. Prices were comparable. Maybe add a few more beers on tap, including lighter options? Will be a good alternative to Plan B now that they've closed. Will definitely be back and would like to see takeout also.

Had the 10 Oz Mac and Cheese Burger. The patio is very nice (the umbrellas still need some work, or perhaps some sort of alternate shading?) The Mac and Cheese Burger with a pretzel bun was phenomenal. My mom and I got there early. We were the first ones there, and while the service was good for the most part, we were somehow served second instead of being served first. The burger itself had a few hick ups (not in quality, which was a nice medium cooked burger like I asked, but in the order itself.) I had asked for no bacon but it still came with bacon, which is okay because I took it off. The cheese sauce was really good too. My mom enjoyed her calamari. In the future I hope you guys will not charge for the sauces, I was surprised to find that out. I was already aware of the gratuity charge so no surprises there.

The view was really nice too and right next to the boats. One thing about the overall service, was that unless I couldn't hear her because of the masks, I didn't get the name of the waitress. She did a good job.

Hopefully in the next few weeks the curbside pickup option will be a go. Looking forward to picking food up, it's a bit hot out to be eating outside in the summer.

Food was pretty good and burgers weren't super huge or dripping in grease. Good selection on burger choices and drinks. W

Not sure how I feel about the required 20% "Covid gratuity".

I loved coming to the new flip side location! Went in with my reservation at 7 o’clock and was seated immediately! The staff was so attentive and kind, the owner visited our table to check on us and chatted with us for a little! The service is defiantly worth more than 20%!! The patio and views are amazing and the food is even better, my burger was delicious along with the rest of my families food.Will defiantly be coming back to my new favorite spot in Milford!
