“Vast selection of foods, something for everyone. Everything I tried was good! Attentive staff, decent selection of desserts and they are pretty good as well. Their carved ham is absolutely delicious. I don't think I've ever been this full. I highly recommend! I don't see why they have all the negative reviews they have. I had no issues with anything at all.”

“Very good food, very high prices though, the chef was very entertaining, bathrooms were mediocre when it came to clean. I’d say it’s a great place to go if you are willing to pay a lot of money for good food. Bit of a wait but very huge tables. It’s great too if you are taking a whole family with you.”

“By far one of the best experiences at a restaurant. Our waiter, Tom was extremely personable and made the night that much more enjoyable. It's off-putting when you have questions about the menu and staff appear inconvenienced, this was definitely not the case. He was happy to be of service to us. If you feel so inclined, ask for him to be your waiter, I recommend it. This had been my first time there and the food is delicious as well.”

“Last time I was here it had to be in the early 70's. I remember it for the good ham or roast beef sub sandwiches they had. What I had this time was the baked eggplant parmesan cheese plate without the cheese but with plenty of marinara sauce. I have to say it was excellent. Very tender and tasty, even without the cheese. The place is old and very original looking. I think its one of the oldest restaurants in town which opened sometime in the 60's. I would definitely go back for the eggplant.”

“Live within walking distance and this is my go to summer spot!!! I always bring guests here when they come over for a quick bite after the beach. The staff is friendly, but the food is unreal! Everything I have had is fresh and delicious. I love the cold zoodle bowl. My dad said his fish tacos were some of the best he has ever had. Oh... and get the French fries! They have so many flavors, but I've only ever had original. If you're going to silver sands you must go here. Although, I may be selfish and say don't come so I won't have to wait for a table!”

“Great food and friendly service. Food presentation and plating was beautiful. The blender is very loud, only lost a star for the automatic addition of 18% gratuity (which wasn't mentioned or circled on the check). 4 people in our party, and our tip would have absolutely been over 20% had they not added one without any indication. We will certainly be back though.”

“Bonnie and I often pop in to Little Lasse's for lunch in Sundays. It's a great neighborhood coffee shop with Phil workin' hard at the grill to ensure one is filled with delight upon leaving. Great value. Great service. Genuine small, neighborhood business. If you like your bacon, eggs, home fries and pancakes off the grill, you'll enjoy Little Lasse's.”

“The Pizza is good. The people are nice. That being said whoever has instituted charging the customer their visa fee has lost a customer. That fee is the cost of doing business and you should never put that on the customer for already expensive pizza. So beware if you get pizza and need to pay with card they will charge you a percent that the business should pay.”

“The lobster is so fresh and sweet! The crusty roll and just a hint of butter, yummy! The steamer bucket of muscles and clams with the sides of butter and coleslaw, all great The staff is very friendly. They will even bring tables and chairs out to the nearby sandy beach for you to dine alfresco!!”

“Not bad. The calamari appetizer was good. The side of asparagus was good and the side of veggies was good. The food came out hot. The bread basket had some good choices. The waitress was excellent. She was very friendly and cheerful and always had a smile on her face. They had a few good choices of beer on tap and a good list of interesting mixed drinks.”

“This place is a Milford staple and a gem of a different era. One of the few places in CT where you can get Murphy's on tap! Seafood is excellent and good enough that they probably invented a damn lobster roll (hot and buttered is called CT style for a reason!) Its cozy as its styled as an old country kitchen in a salt shack house. It can get busy durring a Fri/Sat night as its part of a downtown Milford Scene and being right across from some other more modern bars but that comes in handy too, as its a great place to finish the night.”

“Love this place! I moved from LA to Milford (don’t ask why) and have been waiting patiently for 2 yrs. Def worth the wait. Authentic Mexican food. The owners are super nice. Prices are beyond reasonable. It’s a small menu, but they are planning to expand it. Can’t wait to try the Pozole!!!”

“Pre-selected menu for Valentine’s Day ($50/person) of tapas, an entree, and desert. Service was quick but efficient. Tapas were tasty, the entrees were fair portions, and the desert was delicious! I will definitely go back soon. Small but comfortable location that offers outdoor dining in summer.”
