Wendy's

New Wendy's on whalley ave needs a little more training. Food is ok but sometimes you don't get your whole order.

I had ordered two separate meals at the drive-thru today. I went to the second window to get my food and the girl gave me one bag. I suspected that the employee at the first window didn't communicate to her that I had two orders so, I waited patiently for my other order and she comes back to the window like I was bothering her and I said that I paid for another order. She's arguing with me about how I had already had my 4 for $4 meal when I just had a baked potato. I made her look at the bag to let her know I wasn't lying and she gets this surprised look. She gives me the rest of my food. At least she apologized...
To top it off, I open my burger which was a jr. cheeeseburger with NO BACON, but I get the bacon. SMH

Certain shifts have long waiting time staff is nice. Please check bags before you hand them out. To get home and have no sauce for nuggets is really aggrivating

Ignore older reviews. The food tastes like Wendy's should, the service was polite and super fast, and the interior design is great. People who have the ability to use any smartphone app will have no issue with the cashier-less ordering -- although there was someone watching in case I needed help.
