Good food good service not bad spot for lunch

Smells so good and want it all when I walk in the door.
They pill that rice high, the meat, just as high.
I just wish the seafood didn't have bell peppers, I ask them to make some without but I'm not sure they understand.
The last trip, the meat stewed chicken, and baked chicken seemed on the dry side.
But tasty.
I'll go again.
I got enuff food for my son and I for 4-5 meals for around$20

Great Spanish food, great ownership.

I decided to give this place a try and was not disappointed.

Uber Eats messed up my order. The team at Collado immediately fixed the issue and sent my correct order over right away. The gentleman I spoke with on the phone was very helpful. They take customer service seriously.

My food fried shrimp was fantastic and very flavorful, along with the variety of sauces they sent.

Great food, great customer service. Highly recommend for anyone in the New Haven area that enjoys Spanish food!

The food is so good, and service is friendly. There's not a lot of Spanish restaurants around this area of New Haven so this one is a life saver. I would recommend this spot

The staff is friendly and is always helpful. I try to get there at least 2-3 times a month. Their beef stew and chicken stew are always good (the beef stew is amazing). The roasted chicken is awesome too. I love going to this place, I know I'm going to get enough food for 2 meals. You can't beat their prices, all and all it's a great experience.
