Everything I ever had at Rawa was so tasty, It’s a hidden gem in new haven. I would recommending starting with the avocado or hummus plate, the pita is freshly made to order.

This place is a gem. Quiet place, with a interesting, unique menu. The menu is only a couple of pages, which means that their food will probably be very good (and it is ). Some of, if not the best hummus I've had in the USA. The staff very accommodating and friendly, and seem to actually like being at work. My only gripe would be that outside of their eclectic middle eastern pizzas, their entrées are somewhat small, and a bit pricey considering the amount of food. Either way, I'll definitely be back.

We had our wedding reception dinner at Rawa and the food was phenomenal. My husband's family does not have very adventurous taste, but they loved the food! The staff was professional and prompt. The pacing of the meal was great and everyone left the meal feeling very full in the most pleasant way. Highly recommend!

This is our go to restaurant when no one can decide.... it pleases everyone. We always start with the avocado dip and then I get the chicken brochette. Basically guac and chicken skewers. But the lemon flavor is just perfect. I'm Lebanese and this food definitely is comfort food.
