Amazing customer service. Ran out of the thing I wanted, called me ASAP to let me know and gave me a percentage off my next order. Most places don’t care that much. Great job!
Howard Schultz would be proud. Great staff. Effective and efficient. Quality is consistent with other Starbucks which is to say it’s excellent.
Good location, clean, and well managed. There’s always enough creamer and sweetener available.
The almond milk hot chocolate is one of the best in town.
Stacy always makes my frappuccino perfect ?☕ All the females are very fast and seem up beat. Although there is one white bald man with glasses, he is very unfriendly and seems always aggrivated when you ask him something.
Only thing because of this popular brand and all the business people of downtown seats are always taken. Sadly there is only one desk type table in the whole place. Chapel street Starbuck's has better study space. Also I asked for a sample of what the woman in front of me ordered a frappuccino with a shot of espresso. They said sure. From now on I'm adding an espresso shot. Definitely better like that. The sample was so small and cute and yummy.
The space is bright and airy, a big improvement over it's former location. The staff is pleasant and hard-working and get your order right. But, especially during happy hour specials, there are too few baristas. And there are definitely not enough seats.
