Panera Bread

Throughout the week food was great however on the weekend I walked in to blasting r&b and the stock was low and customer service was poor. I had one person in front of me and we just ordered bagels. Took almost 20 mins to get 2 toasted bagels. Also no one wanted to help customers and take orders. One staff member passed it on to another staff member because she was too busy on her phone.

Very nice and healthy food, and a big variety of meals options, I loved the half and half comminations.
Food always hot, delecious, quickly prepared and you feel comfortable with the indoor sitting.
And it's not expensive.

It's located in a parking lot with shopping so if your looking for a bite to eat or a hot cup of coffee or tea it's a perfect spot. I'm not a big fan of franchise coffee shops but this one is not half bad. Out of all the panera's I've been to the one downtown New Haven I would say is my favorite.
