“I LOVE pizza, and living in CT I know I’m luckier than most to have multiple options for some of the best pizza in the country just a few miles away in New Haven. That being said- I am so happy that this place opened in North Haven!! I really enjoyed this pizza- I had a plain cheese pie and a small bacon- well done, both were very yummy. Will definitely be working it into our takeout rotation and I hope other people give them a chance.”

“By far the best experience I ever had going to a virtual golf establishment. I had the pleasure of playing in a few of their rooms where you can have the option to close the door and play in a private setting or keep it open and socialize. Each simulator was as accurate as being on a real course and a large selection of real-life courses to choose from. The whole staff offered amazing customer service. We did not have to wait long for any of our request for food and drinks, which gave us the opportunity to enjoy our fantastic experience there. The bar is absolutely stellar! From a large selection of beers, great wine and top shelf whiskey and a lot more. The food was great with many selections as well. You can tell the take pride in their kitchen. I highly recommend The Golf Cove whether a first-time golfer or an experience one or just want to get out and have fun. Thank you to the owners and staff for establishing The Golf Cove!”

“This is by far the best Caribbean food I have ever had!!!!!!! The owners and staff are so warm and welcoming, The restaurant is immaculate it is so inviting and beautifully put together it smells like you are walking into spa. “I just moved to this area about a year ago and it’s been so hard to fine good coffee from a real cafe and this place is awesome!! They have a lot of options from food, snacks, smoothies, yogurt bar, tea, all types of coffee selection latte, cappuccino, Espresso etc. Great place. Good vibes. The seating is kinda limited but still a great place to visit and grab a coffee to go! I will be coming back.”

“Food is amazing. So far this week have picked up three times. Lazy man's lobster is unbelievable. I don't usually get seafood with stuffing. Will definitely order again. Lobster rolls loaded with claw and tail meat. Don't get me started about they chowder. Corn chowder thick you can stand a spoon in it. The lobster bisque loaded with whole claws and tail meat. Burgers and hot dogs also good. We got hot dogs elsewhere that claim to be Hummels, couldn't eat them. I call in order and Liz knows my voice and is a real sweetheart. Order is always ready and hot. You can't miss getting food from here. Absolutely delicious.”

“First time at the North Haven Cinemark. We went and saw Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker in XD. Movie theater was great and I highly recommend although I haven't been to any other theaters in the area to compare. Walking in everything seemed clean and organized. Being my first time the process of getting food (had bought tickets online) wasn't 100% intuitive. We walked to the first counter but that was only for drinks, you had to walk around the side to get snacks and theater good. I will say I don't think I've been to a theater with so many food and drink options! The XD theater was great, sat in row E and the view was perfect! Sound and video quality were on point! Only complaint I have is the aisle lights splashed up onto the bottom right and left corners of the screen. On dark.scenes it washed out the corners with the bright red light. Overall a great expert and if I lived in the area I would definitely go back!”

“A busy weekday lunch with generous portions and fast service. I got the omelette with avocado and it hit the spot, and the side of bacon was perfectly crispy. Prices are a bit on the high side for a diner, but if you are feeling like breakfast for lunch this is a great local spot. You choose the tip at the register, and it looks like it calculates based on the total with tax - some people prefer to tip based on total for food not including tax. The person next to me got a salad, and it also very generous portions. All in all, it was good eating.”

“Came in with my client today(young man with autism) the server was very kind and patient with him. It takes him a while to get his sentences out, and the server was wonderful about giving him time, and not making him feel rushed, even though the restaurant was very busy. “I go here once a week and get a container of every item which I deliciously savor the rest of the week. Food is NOT greasy and salty and is flavorful! Since the food is lean on calories, it makes great meals without compromise for those who want to diet. Karen's salad is fantastic. She actually made a delicious salad with collard greens which were slightly cooked. I have never seen anyone do that. It was fantastic! Karen goes out of her way to get the best fresh ingredients and it shows. I had her pack me a salad and salmon for a picnic. My friends loved it and wanted to know where I got the food! It is rare to find a place like Small Kitchen Big Taste without going into the big city. She also does a lot of catering. I am so glad that I have found Karen's gourmet take out place!”
