Hook & Reel Cajun Seafood

This was my first time visiting, my daughter took me here for my birthday. As we entered the restaurant the atmosphere and greeting was awesome.The decor was warm and cozy, nice and clean, as well as the ladies room was clean. Our sever Ryan was awesome he ask if this was our first visit? Ryan was very friendly, attentive, and suggested items on the menu that was he's favorite I mention that it was my birthday, Ryan wished me a happy birthday and as we finished lunch Ryan and several other servers sung happy birthday, with a piece of cheesecake which touched my heart. Eating here at Hook & Reel was an awesome experience, that sometime is a thing of the past awesome job well done. I will return and tell my friends we were pleased with the price. When you get excellent service you don't mind paying. ????????Debbie!

Our first time eating here and it was a great experience. Our waiter Jeff was very attentive and gave some great suggestions. We each had a different meal and each one was delicious. The portions were filling and the prices were good for what we received. Definitely will be back.

High quality, fresh seafood at an affordable price. The ingredients were of high quality, you can just taste it. Portions were huge for what we paid.
The lunch vibe brought inviting and great vibes. Great service all around!

Nice atmosphere, friendly staff it was very good food with a variety of choices. The new Zealand mussels were fresh and tasty. So was the king crab legs. If your not familiar with the menu allow the servers to explain it. It was definitely worth knowing. Our waitress Olivia was knowledgeable and awesome at explaining things. She definitely gets 5 stars in my book. This place has a variety of spices to go along with the butter. It would be nice to see olive oil with garlic on the menu too. A nice alternative to the butter. With that being said it was pleasantly enjoyable from beginning to end. This place goes on the list for best seafood in the neighborhood with a city island flair from nyc city. So enjoy the reel! You just may be hooked! If you enjoyed the review you know what to do. ???? I love seafood and the staff was pleasant. My suggestion would be to have the servers give their guests utensils when the appetizers are served. I had to track down someone to get 2 sets while my food was getting cold.
The food was good - not too much food not too little. I would have enjoyed a couple more pieces of corn and potato to balance the meal.
Lastly our server was very amiable.
