“The Tikka Factory has recently opened in Orange and is an amazing addition for authentic Indian food! The interior was beautiful, and they even have belly dancing on Saturday nights. We had the melon margarita to share, which was gigantic, and tasted so fresh! Everything was delicious - they nailed it all! Their menu had a great variety on it, and the owners were so nice. They even had a beautiful private event space! We would definitely return when we have a craving for Indian food!”

“We discovered this place by accident and they definitely got themselves a new customers! Really welcoming warm place with fresh yummy food. Even my fussy eaters toddler and 5 years old ate everything we ordered. Yummy halal meat, flavorful rice and fresh salad that even the kids ate. The staff were very sweet to our kids and super friendly, the owner came out to greet us and asked us how we liked our food. Nice people, delicious food and the interior was very beautiful and super clean nice atmosphere over all. My family and I will definitely be back here! Thank you so much for the service!”

“New to Orange, CT. Was expecting to be a sit down and order place, but you order at a counter and take it to your seat! The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I got a pulled chicken sandwich with fries! The food came up quick! The table had 6 different sauces to try! I used a sweet honey sauce on my chicken and it was pretty good! The portion was reasonable for lunch! All condiments and beverages are at the counter area. I would come back.”

“Came with my grandmother to eat some authentic middle eastern cuisine. Mind you, we are both middle eastern (Palestinian to be exact)I have to say that this was one of the BEST middle eastern restaurants I have ever eaten at in Connecticut. My grandmother thought so as well and she’s not an easy one to impress. The meat was perfectly cooked, the atmosphere was beautiful and clean, service was friendly. Will definitely be back!”

“This was my first time visiting, my daughter took me here for my birthday. As we entered the restaurant the atmosphere and greeting was awesome.The decor was warm and cozy, nice and clean, as well as the ladies room was clean. Our sever Ryan was awesome he ask if this was our first visit? Ryan was very friendly, attentive, and suggested items on the menu that was he's favorite I mention that it was my birthday, Ryan wished me a happy birthday and as we finished lunch Ryan and several other servers sung happy birthday, with a piece of cheesecake which touched my heart. Eating here at Hook & Reel was an awesome experience, that sometime is a thing of the past awesome job well done. I will return and tell my friends we were pleased with the price. “A nice, authentic eatery tucked away on the Boston Post Road. It has a great decor that gives a relaxed, casual feel but contemporary. The mapo tofu is great; the pork bits are crispy and the dish gives a tingling spice mouthfeel. The menu isn't updated - there's no pictures and it can be daunting and a mystery if you don't know what you're getting. But excellent dishes nevertheless, and on the "hidden" menu, I'd highly recommend the pork hock, a crispy pork leg that falls easily off the bone, and the must order soup dumplings. Yes, this place has soup dumplings and it's delightful. 5/5”

“Based on my first experience, customer service was great, food was hot. Had the endless tacos, which are nice size and delicious, but you have to request because it's not on the menu. Second experience not so great. Beans and rice were cold, took forever to get chips and salsa. Fajitas were great. Waitress completely disappeared after we complained about cold rice and beans and manager came over. Manager was nice and took care of the issue quickly. May contemplate a return.”
