A nice, authentic eatery tucked away on the Boston Post Road. It has a great decor that gives a relaxed, casual feel but contemporary.
The mapo tofu is great; the pork bits are crispy and the dish gives a tingling spice mouthfeel. The menu isn't updated - there's no pictures and it can be daunting and a mystery if you don't know what you're getting. But excellent dishes nevertheless, and on the "hidden" menu, I'd highly recommend the pork hock, a crispy pork leg that falls easily off the bone, and the must order soup dumplings. Yes, this place has soup dumplings and it's delightful.
