R&B Ramen N Bao

The food here is so delicious. Probably our favorite Chinese restaurant in all of CT. Everything we ordered was delicious. The pork soup dumplings were fantastic too but we ate it too quick and didn’t get a photo.

Update: wanted to post some more food we had at a second time here. Was delicious again!

Absolutely in love with this place. I’ve been wanting soup dumplings for so long and finally found a place close enough to get them! The staff is super friendly and quick. We dined in and probably ordered half the menu with the group that we had. The Taiwanese fried chicken is super crispy and has a slight kick where you barely notice it! All of their dumplings are great, and they show you how to eat the soup dumpling if you’ve never done it before so you don’t burn your mouth. The Beijing style noodles had a great flavor. But the best part to me was adding the hot sauce they have at every table to my noodles and dumplings. I’m usually not good with spice but the flavor was so good. It was like garlicky and salty with a kick, I added so much because it tasted so good. 10/10 wish I could give them even more stars

This restaurant and area surrounding have been built up into a very welcoming space. Modern space and decor.

Each food item has its own special flavors, you can’t go wrong with anything you order. All the care and consideration is taken to account for each part of the experience. If you are in the area or able to drive I don’t think you will be disappointed

This is such a lovely hidden gem! We stopped here on a whim and were blown away by how delicious everything is. The decor is lovely, and even the plates are unique to the restaurant. We had some soup dumplings to start with and they were so good! I'm used to having to go to NYC to get high quality soup dumplings, but not anymore! The soup dumplings here were warm and super flavorful, cannot recommend enough!!

We also had the curry ramen and tonkotsu ramen, both of which were very tasty.

Shout out to our server as well, he was very friendly and responsive. We even saw him helping some first timers properly eat soup dumplings, he truly made our experience even better. We will certainly be back!!

I was surprised that they’re open in this area so I gave it a try. Glad that we came. It’s a very nice place. Loved all the things that they put together and have it’s name on almost every item. Everything we had was pretty good even the bubble tea!!! I’ll try the soup dumplings next time. And thank you Jay for you hospitality.👍🏻👏🏻
