    Enjoyed dinner with friends before a show at the Palace. Old school charm (I love the old wooden bar & booths,as well as the black & white mosaic floor tiles) great service and delicious cuisine- what more can you expect? e were meeting friends for dinner and decided to try Diorios. They had never been there. We arrived a few minutes early and decided to have a drink at the bar. Beautiful setting along with Tony the bar keep. Great menu along with superb service. A Waterbury favorite.

    Great restaurant! The food is always delicious and perfectly prepared. The service is always good too. There are some new lunch specials and menu items and I enjoyed one yesterday. I had the blackened fresh yellowfin tuna sliced over a salad of lightly dressed arugula. It was wonderful!
    Diorio never disappoints.

    We had the best waitress, Alicia. She took her time reviewing the food with us so that we would get the best meal for each of us. And to her great knowledge of the food every plate was amazing to each who ordered. Loved it and her!
