They had run out of a few things when we ordered so I decided to wait on a fresh batch of meat and black beans (15 minute wait or so), it was worth the wait though, the ingredients were fresh and hot because I waited. The line wasn't bad, and the kitchen and dining areas were clean. The staff were all fairly nice too. This chipotle wasn't the best one I've been to, but it's definitely not the worst one I've been to.
