    I enjoyed the hot dog platter too hot dogs foot long, coldslaw, And French fries... Food was good hot fresh.. Definitely will try again... In recommend you try to...

    Charming small place. A handful of dine in tables, I suspect they do a lot of takeout. Large menu.

    This place has the best food in west haven.
    Love everything about it even though the owners changed alike 6 years ago. Still same cook so that saved the new owners.

    Sandbar is a small restaurant which doesn't seem like much of a place. However, what it lacks in size is addressed by the quality of the food. The platter I order had flounder, shrimp, scallops and clamstrios. This seafood was among the freshest I have eaten and the platter was sufficient for two. I hope to go back soon.
